Events

Over the past 20 years, Natalie has regularly been invited to attend literary events at local and national book festivals, theatres, art centres, libraries and learning institutions as a ‘Guest Author’ to promote books, reading and related image making processes.

These events are targeted at adults and children of varying ages and learning abilities and have taken the form of talks, presentations, master classes, illustration workshops, collaborative writing groups and readings. The sessions provide an insight into her writing process and making picture books - such as story writing structures, themes, character development, colour symbolism and other related activities.

Recent venues include: The Library of Innerpeffray, V&A Dundee, Killearn Children’s Book Festival, Strathdevon Primary School, Macroberts Art Centre, Guardbridge Primary School and Gray’s School of Art.
